Westwood Hills is a city in
History
Westwood Hills had its start in the year 1922 when developer J.C. Nichols platted the subdivision and began building.[5]
In 2013, Westwood Hills was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.07 square miles (0.18 km2), all of it land.[6]

The average household size was 2.15 and the average family size was 2.65.
The median age in the city was 47.1 years. 17.8% of residents were under the age of 18; 4.2% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 26.2% were from 25 to 44; 34.3% were from 45 to 64; and 17.5% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 50.1% male and 49.9% female.

The median age was 41 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.9 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.5 males.
