Delete- another contentless microstub in the endless "Ambassador of Country A to Country B" cookie-cutter series. Are we going to have 40,000 of these for every possible combination of the 200 nations of the world. These "articles" are an exercise in combinatorics, not encyclopedia building. Useless. I performed the second relist because the delete !vote stating "Unneeded" is ambiguous, and could refer to any Wikipedia content. The !vote was not policy or guideline based.
