• Comment. The German Wikipedia article is longer than the English one, with more references. She is also notable as a representative of secular and liberal Muslims, and many of the references seem to deal with her disagreements with mor traditional Muslims. The Frankfurt article says "Its 763,380 inhabitants as of 31 December 2019 make it the fifth-most populous city in Germany.", which suggests that Frankfurt may be big enough that its city councillors are notable. • Keep - my German is awful, but if I try to look up German-language sources, there does seem to be enough to pass

• Keep - A google search with the Books option on shows paragraphs discussing her in Dilemmas of Inclusion: Muslims in European Politics (2017) and Religion, Identity and Politics: Germany and Turkey in Interaction (2013). She's quoted in Legal Integration of Islam (2013) and mentioned among others in Governing Muslims and Islam in Contemporary Germany (2018). Then there's a whole string of German-language books.
