12th century frescoes are not free? Either way, this is the English Wikipedia and not the Commons, there is a difference you know. The posts on the source website are up for Creative Commons licenses, I see no issue with this images inclusion in our project to better portray and illistrate an important historical architectural piece. Uploader has for at least one other image claimed to be copyright holder, apparently based on the mistaken belief that taking a screen shot of a copyrighted music video with his cell phone is okay. Comment: Non-free use rationale also states logo is being used in infobox which hasn't been the case since July 30, 2014. The nfur does not seem to have been updated when image was replaced and moved to the article body by
