Editors reviewing future cases should look for accounts named similar to the subjects of drafts they're creating, for the numbers 15 and 90 (I don't know what that means), and a behavioural tell that should be very easy to identify without me saying what it is.   • The following are  Confirmed, and were already blocked or globally locked. The same user has also tried to log in as Bikrookanpurgangster1590, Shraddhasrivastavaoff15, and an email address with Ftaiassociation in it (I couldn't identify any organizations by that name).
Based on reviewing deleted and recreated drafts, I've identified the following who are probably the same user based on behaviour:
As well, I cannot connect IP addresses to accounts per the privacy policy, but based on repeatedly editing the same drafts with the same edit summaries, the following IP ranges are pretty obviously the same user:

Suspected sockpuppets

Account was created a few days after prior sock was blocked. Uses "Published" as an edit-summary [1], [2] as have prior socks [3], [4]. The account name is similar to Waft Original, a draft a prior sock created [5]. The new account has also created Draft:Naresh Garg which was also created by a prior sock [6] as well as under similar names by prior socks [7].

Account Rajeshagarwal786 also uses "Published" as an edit summary and has edited Reshma Pasupuleti which seems to be a common target for this sock.

CU is for sleeper check has prior reports have found multiple accounts. Please consider putting Reshma Pasupuleti back under semi protection - Waft started editing shortly after semi-protection was lifted using mostly junk sources. Ravensfire (talk) 18:49, 8 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Girth Summit sounds good. I've requested semi protection at RFPP. Looking at the article history, there's a couple of IPV6 accounts that are using "Published" as the edit summary, but it looked like a large active range. Ah well, semi's as needed. Thanks! Rudra Movies gained autoconfirmed-rights through some dummy category changes on then Draft:Naresh S Garg. They then moved it to mainspace. Socks incl. Neerajfilmmaker937253 and Ravindra Jaini have edited/created this article/draft in the past. Report made at COIN on the 15th about user WaftCinematic creating promotional pages in the mainspace. Today found (Waft Studios) which has a reference to the Borok Times where that company is promoting its "PR and Wikipedia Services for India's Entertainment and Corporate Industry." The reference talks about the founder Shraddha Srivastava who had a Wikipedia page deleted for being created by [Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Bikrookanpurgangster/Archive this sock] and the other founder (Neeraj Singh) currently has a page on Wikipedia that was created November 12, 2023 by new user Umar Ali Haque. This could also become a rabbit hole. I searched for the publication "Borok Times" and the domain is only a year old so it is s recently created blog. It is being used as a reference in Wikipedia 16 times, including another page created by user WaftCinematic (Sohan Lal Commodity Management Pvt Ltd). It is also being used on two recently created pages by newer user Manipuri Mirror, who created the pages Oneness (film) and The Foul Truth, both related to film and both in the wheelhouse of this paid editing firm. Adding that user to the list of potential socks in the event a CU wants to include them in the search.

  • WaftCinematic created Abhinav Gautam (actor) with a disambiguated title, likely because Abhinav Gautam was deleted in September 2019 by a blocked or banned user and is now protected from creation.
  • User:सत्यम देवगन created S.N Reddy as a draft in August and it was submitted through AfC by WaftCinematic in November. WaftCinematic then created it in the mainspace in November after it was rejected the same day by Missvain.
  • WaftCinematic removed redirect to create Babil Khan. The page was also edited by User:Bhakkumar today. A look at this user’s edit history shows this edit to the page Dono (film) with the edit comment “Public.” Note that WaftCinematic often uses the edit comment “Public” when creating pages in the mainspace. Added User:Bhakkumar to the sock list above.
  • Looking at Dono (film) edit history based on above bullet point, it was created by now blocked UPE editor Sssaaraa (blocked in October). Accounts that stand out are User:Robin hud Pandey who is an SPA who made their first edit in September 2023. Also user: DodoDeDe7, which I do not have anything obvious to link them, yet they are a new editor who began editing film-related pages with their first edits also in September 2023. Also, editor Parminder Sarwara who had edits back in 2020 but stopped until they recently started editing again on film pages in July 2023. Leaving this for reviewing admin and/or CU to determine if they should be added to the CU. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:20, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • User:सत्यम देवगन created draft for Puran Dawar in August but edit history shows that SPA User:Jay Shree Ram Ji submitted through AfC in September.   • WaftCinematic created Draft:Paanie Kashyap which was declined in November. Searching the name, I see it is listed on the page Pyaar Hai Toh Hai, created by now blocked user:Maheshworld back in August. That page was submitted, then moved to mainspace before AfC review by User:Writerdhiraj. Note that users in this SPI have a habit of creating pages in mainspace without allowing the AfC process to unfold. Adding Writerdhiraj to SPI list above.   • Sticking with User:Writerdhiraj, they edited the page Arko Pravo Mukherjee. This was in 2021 so thought it was a dead end. However, looking at editors on the page over the last month, User:DodoDeDe7 stands out as they edited the page in September and October. Their contribution history shows they also started editing back in September 2023 (similar to accounts listed in this SPI). Leaving it up to reviewing admin and/or CU to decide if they should be included in the CU as although it raises a red flag, their edits have been mainly to music-related pages (some film, but mainly music). --CNMall41 (talk) 04:39, 20 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Looking closer at the references from Borok Times, outside of its user by user WaftCinematic, I found it listed on the page Priyakanta Laishram and was added by user: Manipuri Mirror who also added a Borok Times references to the page Thounaojam Strela Luwang. Note that I already disclosed above that this user also used it for two pages they created (Oneness (film) and The Foul Truth.   • Borok Times also refspammed by user:Wegit. They added Borok Times to Manisankar Murasingh in June 2023. They also added it to Baramura (reverted shortly after). More additions that were reverted here, here, and here. As they have not edited film-related pages as the other socks tend to do, I am on the fence if this is part of the group or just refspam. Added Hindi username that I can't read from what had been a separate SPI.

WaftCinematic was blocked for writing advertising, probably UPE. The Hindi username account created exactly three promotional drafts, each of which has been edited by the blocked account [13][14][15]. The last case included submitting the AfC draft for the other account before they had actually made any edits. I believe this is going to yield many accounts, especially since WaftCinematic is now claiming on their userpage they are simply going to create a new “page” (believe they mean a new account). There have also been a lot of similar film-type articles submitted through AfC lately and I have found through NPP. I am going to go through as many as I can (would ask for others to do the same in case I miss something) and see if there are similar editing patterns or connections to any of the above listed accounts. Note that I blocked WaftCinematic independently as a really obvious paid sock, mainly based on the creation of the SEO company article with the same name. I noticed the very familiar "Neeraj Singh" link and deleted that article as an obvious G4 (nothing had really changed since the last AFD). I was in the process of putting together a spreadsheet of all the overlaps between this and the prior sock farms when I stumbled on CNMall41's report here. As usual, he's way ahead. Note that WaftCinematic has a deleted version of his userpage that claims they are a common subject of spamming. Not sure how much more of that I can post here without running afoul of outing. सत्यम देवगन created 20 August, WaftCinematic created 29 September. WaftCinematic has copied at least two declined drafts by master to main space: Draft:World Designing Forum Draft:S. N. Reddy, requiring history merges. On सत्यम देवगन's Puran Dawar, WaftCinematic added one of several photos they uploaded to Commons [17], until they were blocked twice there for copyright.

Subject creating multiple pages that were deleted per discussion. The creation of Ruhaan Rajput includes an image of the subject uploaded by the page creator (TechsonNet). They also uploaded the logo for previously deleted page Sohan Lal Commodity, the logo is being used on the Sohan Lal Commodity page on Simple English Wikipdia. The page in SEW was created by user:Sulfound who is blocked sock of WaftCinematic. Note that WaftCinematic was blocked on the 16th with Sulfound creating the SEW page for Sohan Lal Commodity the same day. Based on the conduct and editing pattern, I believe they are the same user. Here is some additional information and adding users/IPs to the CU list.
Nandini Gupta was created in Wikipedia by User:Tana19. That page was edited two weeks later by IP 202.142.65.215 which in the same IP 202 range as reported in the SPI for Nauman335. Tana19 also recently edited Femina Miss India 2023, a page that was created by (now deleted) by user:WaftCinematic in Simple English Wikipedia.

I am unsure of what capabilities there are for SPI/CU. The rabbit hole goes deep. If you look at the contributions for WaftCinematic on Simple English Wikipedia here, you can see all the creations they did which were deleted. If you cross reference those pages here on Wikipedia, you will see the 202 IP range and a lot of username similarities. There are at least a dozen other usernames which I suspect are involved, but I don’t know what to list or what not to list without casting aspersions. @Izno: - I apologize in advance. I believe several of the SPIs (even outside of the ones mentioned here) are the same company (Waft Cinematic) but unsure of how to cross reference them so I am simply chose the one that is closest related. Shortly after acquiring autoconfirmed status, HelpDeskWiki created Rita Jhawar yesterday, only for it to be redirected due to notability issues. Today, AndreaGlover, seemingly also gaming the autoconfirmed status, removed the redirect. They have been active in the same area, employing similar tactics to achieve autoconfirmed status.
