HungNguyen19181945 was blocked from editing early this April for

. The block ultimately took effect as the user failed to respond on his talk page to any complaints or requests for comment on his edits.

ZhukovEisenhower1945 appeared less than a week after HungNguyen's block with near-identical edit patterns on the articles of U.S. military commands and rapid restoration of his edits when they are reverted, including by admins. For example, on United States Special Operations Command, had his three reverts and a fourth occurred over a 24-hour period, it would have been a violation of

. In order to avoid a case of mistaken identity (though the edit pattern is remarkably similar), I have also requested CheckUser.

However, I will note that some of these articles already had

violations - of these, some were heavily expanded to problematic levels by this/these user(s), per the "excessive non-leadership personnel" point above.

ACPP10122728 first started edits on 13 May 2023, around a fortnight after H.N.'s last sock, ZhukovEisenhower1945 was blocked. Edits adding flags to infoboxes are very similar to past edits by Nguyen and Z.E. Also notable is the creation of Template:Country data Wikipedia pages, similar to prior socks. Reversions of prior reversions to edits by their original account also exist.

While we do get fast studies on Wiki, ACPP10122728 created Template:Country data Belgian government in exile [1] 10 odd days after starting to edit and has created a number since. HungNguyen19181945 also has a history of creating these templates - see contributions. Cinderella157 (talk) 02:57, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
