History

Xplore Technologies was founded in

Nasdaq stock exchange.[13] In March 2015, Xplore Technologies raised $12 million when it sold an additional 2 million shares of common stock.[14] In April 2015, the company bought assets of Motion Computing Inc. for $16 million.[15][16] On July 5, 2018, Zebra Technologies announced its intent to acquire Xplore Technologies for roughly $90 million.[17]
