Andrew John "Andy" RadfordAnglican Evangelical bishop and religious broadcaster. He served the Church of England as Bishop of Taunton from 1998 until his death eight years later.[4]
Radford was born at
ordained[6] a deacon on 29 September 1974[7] and a priest on 21 September 1975 (both times by Oliver Tomkins, Bishop of Bristol, in Bristol Cathedral),[8] his career began with a curacy at Shirehampton after which he was a producer of Religious programmes for the BBC
.
Subsequently
brain cancer in Gloucester and was survived by Christine née Davis, whom he had married in 1969, and their two daughters and two grandchildren.[1]
