Barry Keith Hammett,

Director General of the Naval Chaplaincy Service and Archdeacon for the Royal Navy from 2002 to 2006.[2][3]

He was born on 9 October 1947 and educated at

ordained deacon in 1974, and priest
in 1975; He served as a
Honorary Chaplain to the Queen
from 1999 to 2006.
