Ayub Khan is listed in the recipients of the Grand Order of St. Michael and St. George, although his biography makes no mention of his received that award.

He did not receive he award, so why is he listed among the recipients ?

The QUEEN has been graciously pleased to give directions for the following appointment to the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George to be an Honorary Member of the First Class, or Knight Grand Cross, of the said Most Distinguished Order
Field Marshal Mohammad Ayub Khan, President of Pakistan.

Prince Abdol Hossein Mirza Farman-Farma (Qajar) and his son Prince Firuz Mirza Farman-Farmaian (Qajar) both held the Order of Knights Grand Cross of the Order of St. Micheal and St. George (GCMG), but they are not listed here. Ab Farman 10:07, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
