The China Railways AM3 class steam locomotive was a class of

United States between 1923 and 1929.[1]

Twenty-six of these locomotives were originally built for the

collaborationist government by nationalising all privately owned railways in the territory.[2]

After the end of the

People's Republic of China, China Railways designated them ㄚㄇ3 (AM3) class in 1951; the class was retired in 1955.[1]
