Yadav was born 12 January 1954 in Aahopatti,
Bachelor of Law degree from Shibli National College, Azamgarh under Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University in 1991.[1][3]

Durga Prasad Yadav has been a
Azamgarh constituency and is a member of the Samajwadi Party.[4]
