Felton Township is a township in Clay County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 108 at the 2000 census.
Felton Township was named for S. M. Felton, a railroad official.[3]

The median age was 43 years. For every 100 females, there were 129.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 138.2 males.
