The Jinhua Formation (
China, whose strata date back to the Late Cretaceous period (Turonian to Coniacian).[1] It was initially believed to be Early Cretaceous (late Albian) in age.[2]
Dinosaur remains are among the fossils that have been recovered from the formation.[3]

- Jiangshanosaurus lixianensis[3] - "Partial postcranial skeleton."[4]
- Dongyangosaurus sinensis - "Partial postcranial skeleton."
