This is a list of
2006 Census of Canada, unless otherwise cited from Aboriginal Affairs.[1] Approximately 40% of First Nations people live on federally recognized Indian reserves.[2] Note: this list is incomplete in that many Indian Reserves are "Incompletely enumerated", meaning that "enumeration was not permitted or was interrupted before it could be completed."[3]
There are 13 Indian reserves which have not been enumerated in the last 3 censuses.[4]
