Education

Alivizatos completed an

Panthéon-Assas University in 1973 and a doctorate from the same university in 1977. His doctoral supervisor was Georges Vedel.[1]

Political career

On 13 February 2004, in the run-up to the

Kostas Simitis. Following the electoral victory of the opposition New Democracy party, he resigned along with the rest of the cabinet on 10 March.[2]

On 17 February 2015, he was nominated by

Golden Dawn) voted "present".[4]
