"Following the Russian Revolution, there was a struggle for power between the Bolshevik party, led by Vladimir Lenin, and the anti-communist White movement." This is not really accurate. The Bolsheviks first struggled against the Mensheviks, SRs and anarchists, and subordinated the power of teh workers Councils to the party. This really needs better wording. WikiProject Portals is back!

The project was rebooted and completely overhauled on April 17th, 2018. Its goals are to revitalize the entire portal system, make building and maintaining portals easier, support the ongoing improvement of portals and the editors dedicated to this, and design the portals of the future.
