Qaleh-ye Amiriyeh (Persian: قلعه اميريه)[a] is a village in Marbin-e Vosta Rural District of the Central District of Khomeyni Shahr County, Isfahan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,232 in 338 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,262 people in 391 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,510 people in 469 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
