You're joking, I presume. Look at the whois - the .so TLD is still under the control of the defunct ml.org - aka Monolith Innovations. That's why it's down. So yes, it has a very clear relationship, sadly. --205.150.76.42 22:27, 31 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is currently not true. It has three DNS servers per the root DNS:

At the moment, every domain name server for *.so is unusable, except for mercury.ml.org which has been unreliable at best. By all means,
