Needs more info

Maybe bullet points the award winners. I know there were a LOT, many given beforehand, so it might take a while for all of it to be gathered.

Best Classical Vocal Performance

Anon edit: 2006-09-11T10:33:56 213.16.161.26 changed award winner "Best Classical Vocal Performance"
from "Thomas Quasthoff (Rainer Kussmaul; Members Of The RIAS Chamber Choir; Berlin) for Bach: Cantatas"
to "Celine Dion & Il Divo for I believe in you".
Is this correct? Bisco 23:21, 28 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I changed this back to Thomas Quasthoff + additional persons after checking the official Grammy's site. --Bisco 17:32, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Lists of Winners

Is Wikipedia the ONLY web site that lists all of the winners in 2006? It's surprising how hard it is to find that information via Google. Michael Hardy 02:35, 11 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Search on grammy.com per year and you get a sort of a list of winners like this 2006. --Bisco 17:37, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Or this link for list of winners and nominees: 2006 nominees + winners. --Bisco 22:08, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

List of performers: Who is "Sam Maul"?

I made a CD out of the show for my pesonal use so I think I managed to get everybody except "Sam Maul" the person who sang with Bruce Springsteen on "Midnight Hour." He was announced but there was no name graphic.

I tried Googling every possible phoentic variation of "Maul" I could think of and got nothing.

Anyone? --Calan 15:26, 12 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup needed

  1. Section headers shouldn't contain wikilinks.: done. --Bisco 22:20, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  2. Capitalisation in song and album titles needs to be brought in line with
    Wikipedia:Naming_conventions#Album_titles_and_band_names. Extraordinary Machine 21:39, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply
    ]
Comment: many of the titles are wikilinked, so the spelling depends on how the article is named. --Bisco 22:20, 16 October 2006 (UTC) I didn't know about piped links back then. Anyway, most of the capitalisation has been corrected by now. I'm not sure about the spanish titles in the latin section. Can somebody check them, please? --Bisco 19:54, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  3. The list of winners needs to be checked with the official list from www.grammy.com. I think there are still awards missing in the article. Also the names of the winners I found to be different in one case (already changed it), but there can be more errors. --Bisco 22:20, 16 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

2005 or 2006

May someone tell me why here talks about "2005 Grammy Awards" (even if the winners are the same and it's the 48th edition)? --
