But that would require evidence that he is known as Joseph, per "...an alternative name that the subject is also commonly called in English reliable sources...". It (the RMCD bot) always makes that call when new target titles are pages with any kind of content (not red links nor redirects). To fix it, just add dispositions for all those target pages, such as
