Adin Randall article implies he was a good character in the founding of Eau Claire proper - he was not.

This article needs to be updated with some deeper research on Adin Randall and his legacy. Adin did not donate the land for Randall Park, Orrin Ingram did. https://www.hmdb.org/m.asp?m=74866

There is a lot of discussion in the community regarding the problem of Adin Randall's legacy. The original home will possibly be razed, as it is costly to move it and only the main part of the building is still structurally sound. https://www.leadertelegram.com/news/front-page/historic-eau-claire-home-likely-to-be-razed/article_687f3e38-6b98-591e-bcc6-b5f8bc2b20f7.html

The reflecting pond that once was a part of his statue installation in Randall Park was already removed some time back https://www.wisconsinhistory.org/Records/Image/IM30731.

The neighborhood association is considering renaming it's self (Historic Randall Park) due to Randall being somewhat of a notorious bad character in the early days of Eau Claire. His own historic marker references his misdeeds. 160.32.2.1 (talk) 14:00, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
