Removal of crossing guard content

Rather than begin an edit war, since 74.67.6.88 seems to be insistent on removing content that is verified with a reliable source, I want to assume good faith and allow this user a chance to adequately inform why they want to remove this content. Not "caring" about the content is not an appropriate reason to remove established content from the article. I have informed the user, and will continue to revert the changes if they do not provide reasoning here. Ludicrous (talk) 20:22, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Here is the challenged content:
Since 2013 Dantley has been working part-time as a crossing guard for Maryland's Montgomery County Public Schools. He has said that he likes both the job and the fact that it provides health benefits.[1][2]
I don't believe that this content is significant enough to be included in the article. It seems like excessive detail. What do others think? 74.67.6.88 (talk) 22:45, 22 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The fact that there have been no responses to my query would indicate that perhaps my edit wasn't so controversial after all. 74.67.6.88 (talk) 05:48, 29 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
