Demographics contradiction

The statement: "Africans form a majority (70%) in the province of Esmeraldas and the Valle del Chota in the Imbabura Province." is seemingly contradictory to the demographics sections of the Esmeraldas and Imbabura pages. I suspect that this as a case of a poorly worded fact (Perhaps 70% of the Afro-Ecuadoran population resides in those provinces??). I hope someone with expertise will look at this and clear up confusion. Overall, much of the article is informative and interesting though. Bill McKenna (talk) 10:29, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
