Controversy

The "Controversy" section is entirely based on one legal commentator's critical blog post. There are plenty of non-opinion sources for information about the ruling if it's notable enough for inclusion (e.g., NPR, NYT, and NBC). I'm sure the ruling was controversial in some circles, but I'm not sure why Jonathan Turley's opinion is significant enough that it should warrant a subsection in a biographical article.
