I would argue that this article's subject is not of low importance, given that it concerns one of the most important figures in tango music history and Piazzolla's mentor. Compare the length and depth of the Spanish article on Wikipedia. It should be expanded into a similar shape. I'll do this if no-one else comes forward with specialist knowledge. I would agree. Anibal Troilo is to tango as Miles Davis is to American jazz. Perhaps someone who is expert on his career could flesh in the article with more extensive detail.
