Reads like ad

Under the "services" section, it reads:

"In October 2018, Ant Group launched the Xianghubao mutual protection plan that attracted 50 million people to sign on in half a year, five times more than the population of New York City. "
Doesn't the last part of that sentence read like an ad? It serves as unnecessary emphasis and doesn't add any new information to the section.
