If you do start a draft using the material that was formerly on this page, you are supposed to follow the instructions at

by making an attribution, perhaps in the edit summary.

User:Mukesh.kfc: Open the page's 'history' to view the revision history. For each entry, you can open the dated revision to see what was on the page at that time. You can also ask to edit the source code as of that date. You should be able to copy the source code of the page into a new draft.
