Now as for Notability...This organization has been around for over 40 years serving the Africa American community and it also has several collegiate Branches at many colleges and University. It is comparable to the American Psychological Association (APA) and several other psychological associations. Lastly there are several other organizations on wikipedia in the same genra (Association of Black Photographers) who have met Nobilitiy.
