The book Ladies in the Laboratory?: American and British Women in Science has a big paragraph about Astrid Cleve.!--Stone (talk) 09:36, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She was never a professor at any university. She received "professors namn" ("name of professor", a titular professorship, or professorship h.c., or whatever you want to call it) in 1955, at the age of 80 (long after retirement age!). This is an honour awarded by the Government, not connected to any specific university or institution. This is clear from the sources already cited and from the book mentioned above. I corrected the page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Träbänk (talkcontribs) 17:04, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
