She is gorgeous!!! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.39.139.246 (talkcontribs)

She is lovely - but let's remember talk pages are for talking about the article itself. I'm sure there's a good message board somewhere where Ms. Newton's features could be discussed at length! : - ) NickBurns 15:44, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I, too, second or is it third, the motion that her character, Amanda, is absolutely gorgeous. She's hot! I was hoping to find a picture of her on Wiki so I could gaze on her visage.

I only tune in to UB to sigh over her wondrous forehead. I could watch it all week. 62.64.220.78 19:14, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Use of free use images

Please note that free use images of actors in character can only be used on the characters page and should not be used on the actors page as better alternatives are available. (Quentin X 19:07, 22 February 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Provide one then! How do we know she doesn't look like that when out and about in New Haven? And why are you being the enforcer? Isn't it creepy to run around getting in a flap when something isn't in the rules. The sky won't fall in. Take at look at yourself - would you have done the gestapos dirty work? 62.64.220.78 19:13, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for that buddy. I'm Jewish and my grandfather died in the holocaust. (Quentin X 20:00, 22 February 2007 (UTC))[reply]
Then you should know! Deep creep in the negative contributions department, I can see, having checked. As a human rights lawyer your instincts shouldn't be to suck up to power. (The dates for a grandfather dying in WWII and your being sophomoric don't quite add up - buddy.) 62.64.226.80 23:33, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I am a 'mature' student, but thanks for the initial apology (which you will no doubt give me). I do my fair share of both positive and negative contributions, but maybe doing law makes me slightly more anal than everyone but accountants. If we left it unchecked, how would it turn out....(Quentin X 07:05, 23 February 2007 (UTC))[reply]

There is no objective reason for not using this image in this article. --193.198.16.211 15:36, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

A freer image can be found for this article and as such this image can not be used (Quentin X 21:44, 18 March 2007 (UTC))[reply]
This is my understanding of the fair use policy as well, so why did you just restore a non-free image? -Chunky Rice 22:24, 11 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

birth location?

how is she labeled as "soviet-born" if it says she was born in new haven? And then says she is of british descent? 71.174.181.34 (talk) 20:48, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like vandalism, I can't find any source stating she wasn't born in New Haven, so it's been reverted. I left the bit about having British parents for now. Best, Markvs88 (talk) 15:48, 8 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
