The paragraph that mentions Murgatroyd seems to wander into a tangent about a scandal in which he, but NOT Braun, was involved. Why do these details belong in the Bob Braun article, unless there's some connection to Braun or it affected Braun in some way? That's hard to establish when you consider that the show was broadcast in just three cities: Cincinnati, whence it originated, Louisville and Indianapolis. I'm sorry, but this is wrong. Other stations were in Dayton and Columbus Ohio as well. Today those two stations are known as WDTN Channel 2 Dayton, and WCMH Channel 4 in Columbus. Until the mid-1980's these stations were owned by the same company as the flagship station of WLWT in Cincinnati. I wouldn't characterize Braun's recordings as "unsuccessful." His recording career lasted from 1952 to 1987 and he made at least nine albums and many singles. Also "The 50/50 Club" did not get renamed "The Bob Braun Show" right away. There was a different "The Bob Braun Show" that aired in the late afternoon during the waning years of the Ruth Lyons-era "50-50 Club" which had its own set and own cast of regulars.
