Unfortunately, the Canadian passport design appears to be protected by Canadian Crown copyright laws, and as such, it is not legally possible to display an image of a Canadian passport on Wikipedia using a Creative Commons licence if such images are uploaded to Wikimedia Commons. If you can justify a fair use upload locally to Wikipedia of a non-free image of a Canadian passport by following the guidelines outlined at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline, then it might be possible to get an image of the passport onto this article.
