Kung-Fu Fighting Release Date

I am trying to track down the precise release date for "Kung Fu Fighting". Recording or composition date would be ideal, but I'll settle for release date. How do you find the release date for 1974 songs? --Alecmconroy 13:27, 16 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hamburg vs. Los Angeles

I just changed the line that states that Carl resides in Los Angeles to now read that he resides in Hamburg, Germany. The only references that I found for L.A. were clones of this wiki page, whereas Carl's own site and his Myspace page both list Hamburg as his location.

There was also a "specify" tag on the reference to the publishing company that he runs. Carl's home page lists SMV as his publishing company, so I added the name to the text. However, I couldn't find any evidence that he runs the company. Carl's myspace page has the SMV page listed first amongst his friends, and likewise, the SMV myspace page has Carl listed first among it's friends. On the "Contact" page on Carl's home page, it lists SMV as "Carl Douglas' Publishing Agency and responsible for all things Carl..." but to me that doesn't make it clear whether it means that this is the agency that publishes Carl's works, or it's the agency that he owns.

I should also point out that it doesn't look like Carl's home page has been updated since 2005, so the info could be out dated.Robman94 (talk) 17:48, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Website no longer usable

Just checked out the listed website (carl-douglas.com) and going there just gives a locked Squarespace site that asks for a password. What's the approach on fixing it, if that's something we want to do for an external link? There are plenty of archive.org captures. Reconrabbit 05:35, 1 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
