Feedback from New Page Review process

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Good job! Please, consider moving the article to Evergrande liquidity crisis. As far as I can see, the default did not happen yet, so the current title can be considered

Would that name still apply now? With the current Jumbo Enterprises (Opaque Bond) being left unresolved even after deadline and 5-day 'grace period'? Also should that be entered here or in the "Evergrande Group" page? 🤔 Daesin (talk) 00:25, 11 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Is there any particular reason why the recent confirmation of an Official Default (and perhaps 2nd Default) along with the bankruptcy lawsuit that's now being filed isn't mentioned in the article page here? 🤔 Daesin (talk) 22:23, 10 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
TBH I've been focused on some other articles recently and haven't kept up with the Evergrande situation in the past few weeks. You are welcome to add that information

Three red lines has been created

Folks who've edited this page might find the creation of the three red lines article useful and help out there. Thanks. - Fuzheado | Talk 18:17, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Sources that can be used in the future

Hi! I'm usually too busy for the deep dive that bringing this article to the GA class it deserves requires, but thought I'd add a section here for sources I find but don't have the time to add to the article just yet.

As of 20 Feb, there are multiple reports of Evergrande Assets being frozen

As stated in subject heading, should this be added in the article page? Daesin (talk) 22:51, 20 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Poor flow

This article seems really hard to read. It starts talking about Evergrande which defaulted in December 2021 and then goes back to talk about other companies in September 2021.

I feel like it needs to be rewritten and include updates on the unfolding crisis. Jamisonsupame (talk) 04:26, 4 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed restructure

I propose to restructure this article so that's mostly in chronological order. How about this for a start:

  • Background
  • History of the Crisis(-late 2021)
  • Response
  • Contagion
  • History of the Crisis (2022-)

I might change some of the headings also. After this, I might think about restructuring some of the subsections. Let me know if you have any feedback. 20WattSphere (talk) 09:08, 15 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I've done part of this, along with some smaller changes. Will do more later. 20WattSphere (talk) 10:52, 21 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
