Save Our Sonics

I have just removed an extra [ from this article. Please don't revert entirely and make Wikipedia a worse place grammatically. You are right to remove personal attacks but Save Our Sonics doesnt actively endorse attacks on people, at least from what I can see on the website. While the link for it may not belong here, it is no reason to be uncivil. --DerRichter (talk) 00:09, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if I did this correctly but I have moved this discussion to Chicken Wing's(talk) talk page as it has nothing to do with this article. My apologies if there is a better method. --Coz (talk) 17:30, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cos look at http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/sports/2003714508_soni20.html Bennett did commit $100 million. Please correct —Preceding unsigned comment added by Djmdjmdjm (talkcontribs) 06:47, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do you know what a lie is? It is a man making statements that are not true. It has been shown that Bennett has been lying every step of the way and that statement in the article is untrue. It was well documented that he never offered any commitment to the State, County, or city of Renton. After he stopped trying he claimed in the media that he was offering $100 million but he never made the commitment. --Coz (talk) 07:24, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Washington Senators join Governor to oppose Sonics move to Oklahoma City —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.105.174.128 (talk) 05:35, 17 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are wrong in stating on this entry that the Board of Governors approved the relocation pending the lease suti with the City and the Schultz lawsuit. They did NOT reference the Schultz lawsuit. Please correct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.12.84.141 (talk) 06:38, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Recent edits

I've made edits today to bring the article more in line with the sources quoted in the article. If other sources shed more light on these issues, then please cite those sources also.

In an unrelated matter, commentary such as "Move is only possible if he can get free of the legal challenges which is highly unlikely" won't help us edit this article constructively. There's really no need to speculate on the probability of the team moving. Since the edit summaries are meant to succinctly convey the nature of the edit, such a summary could lead other editors to erroneously conclude that bad information is being entered into the article. This is especially true given the nature of the edit summary and the tone of the media sentiments (e.g. "The Sonics are leaving Seattle."[1]). Chicken Wing (talk) 16:59, 20 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've looked everywhere and couldn't find it. Maybe someone else will be able to find it. He may have attended the University of Oklahoma without graduating, but I can't be certain about that. I couldn't even find a bio on his own company's website. Chicken Wing (talk) 18:23, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Louise Gaylord Ennis

If Clayton Bennett is married to Louise Gaylord Ennis then why isn't her last name listed as Bennett? Someone has changed her last name in this article without any explanation because it used to say, Louise Gaylord Bennett. 140.211.82.5 (talk) 01:55, 4 August 2017 (UTC)JSJR 20170803[reply]
