Petko, Retko ...

The article mentions the names Petkov'Collection (mentioned in Bulgarian academic books: catalogue of the books and periodicals of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Kliment Ochridski Sofia University, 1969-1980, pg. 95[1]) and Codex of Retko. Could it be that this is the same name of a scribe, only differently spelled? --
