Can someone help to re-organize this page a bit more along the lines of pro- and anti-? because I feel as if I am reading huge paragraphs of pro- initially and then when I hit the paragraph on defections I'm reading nothing but anti-. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Children of the dragon (talkcontribs) 10:42, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have no time to edit but i had to delete the full Brazil section 'cause it was nothing but a lie. 1 - Opposition party never did anything similar. 2 - It was not announced to protester demands, nobody ever demanded that. Was being planned for long. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 177.177.224.154 (talk) 15:41, 9 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article does not state that Cuban doctors in South Africa are remunerated and that the South African government pays the majority of the money directly to the Cuban government. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 41.18.0.7 (talk) 23:43, 27 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Restoring previous version

@

WP:POV, but it seems like the contrary, as the version you are reverting back to, has no critical information about the program. The UN labeling it as slavery, the Venezuelan coercion accusations, Cuban defection, and so on, are well sourced. Please discuss each of the subjects you are removing before reverting again.--ReyHahn (talk) 08:21, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply

@Nathan868: You have added more than once that part of the complaints in the article are "multiple unverified accounts", amounts to a personal interpretation. While you cite that it's mentioned that "the claims are difficult to verify", the article continues saying that "calls to Venezuela’s Ministry of Health seeking comment went unanswered" and that "the Miami Herald spoke to three different groups of health workers who had abandoned the program, and all told similar stories." The current version should be kept.

Likewise, changing the "Cuban Medical Professional Parole program" title to "US programme to encourage defection" is a violation of

WP:NPOVTITLE
. Instead of using a vague but qualificative for the program with editorial voice, using its official name and letting the reader make their own interpretation is preferrable.

I should also express my concern after noticing that many of your last edits have consisted exclusively in reverts:[2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9], usually in similar articles, something which you have been warned about in your talk page. I advise you to be more careful in this regard, to avoid the edits from being disruptive. Best regards. --NoonIcarus (talk) 13:06, 7 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
