At first, I thought you were trolling, and I apologize for that. After taking a look at the article, it seems that an anon decided to copy and paste Ms. Friesen's biography from the Global National website. That doesn't belong on Wikipedia.  █ EMARSEE 03:50, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Jytdog, thank you for having a look at my edit request and your work on the page. A few points, I'll like to point out here:

1. Ms. Friesen's date of birth is not what is mentioned on the page. From what I gathered from the internet and my client, her actual date of birth is 8 October 1964.^[1][2] However as I'm not sure of the reliability of the sources, I leave this decision to you.
2. For Gemini Awards here is the link. She won a solo award for "Best News Anchor". (She was also nominated for one team award under the name "Best News Special Event Coverage" so I guess you might have missed this one because of this).

Hello, although this might seem unlikely, I am her nephew, Dashiell Friesen (although this doesn’t really prove anything). I would just like to comment and say that her birthdate was incorrect (it should be December 31, 1963). She also wasn’t married to Tom Kennedy, and was just with him. Her first marriage was Rick Anderson in 2018, and I was in fact at the wedding. I celebrated her 50th birthday in Winnipeg at the end of 2013. There isn’t really a way for me to be able to prove this, so I guess you just have to trust me. Mashdash (talk) 6:49, 29 December 29 2018 (EST)
