Education

Does anyone have any information on where he was educated, in regards to university? Sbfenian1916 (talk) 21:48, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Worcestershire

In the 'English Origins' section, Droitwich is described as being in 'co. Worcester', it was (and is) in 'Worcestershire. Likewise Kempsey was/is not in 'Worcester' but in Worcestershire. A small point perhaps, but the city of Worcester was a County Corporate from 1622 and neither Droitwich or Kempsey fell within the County Corporate - so the use of 'Worcester' is not harmless shorthand, it is potentially misleading. I suggest in both instances 'Worcestershire' replaces Worcester.

Oliver Cromwell

The article says 'In 1646, Winslow began working for Oliver Cromwell, Lord Protector'. In 1646 Oliver Cromwell was not Lord Protector - he was an MP and the Lieutenant General of the Parliamentarian army. Cromwell would not become Lord Protector until 1653. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.186.225.47 (talk) 18:01, 10 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
