file:c:File:Eleanor rathbone.jpg Reason:Unknown copyright status. UK copyright act states about anonymous photographsː "Photographs created before 30 June 1957: 70 years after creation if unpublished, 70 years after publication if published within 70 years of creation". We don't know if the photo was ever published or the year of creation. Plus, there might be an URAA problem if the photo was created after 1923. subpage:link
