Attribution required

The statement in the first paragraph "Its establishment is mandated by executive order of the former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad." is inconsistent with the first sentences of both the History and Constitutional mandate sections. If the former PM had some primary importance in governance of SPR then an attribution should be added or the sentence removed or moved to somewhere below where it can be properly explained, if it is relevant.
