Opinions on what this article should be called? The crisis is as of yet unbounded (continuing to present - 2017), and potentially dates back to 2010 (e.g. [1]) and even earlier (e.g. 2007 or

Gaza War (2008–09)) - but has gotten much worse following smuggling tunnels closing in 2013, and furthermore in the past year or so (from 2016 or so), with a significant escalation (or reduction of power) in April-June 2017.
