Shameless advertising

This article is pure advertisement to get people interested in the game. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 46.253.186.62 (talk) 08:40, 24 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Change the release date from WW: Q2 2017, to Early 2017, as the developers of the game state the release date as Early 2017, not WW: Q2 2017 Lulibob (talk) 22:33, 20 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not done: please provide
reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. JTP (talkcontribs) 02:31, 21 April 2017 (UTC)[reply

Reviews

We should be careful not to

synthesise material in the Reception section. Unlike Rotten Tomatoes for films, Metacritic doesn't explicitly summarise a consensus based on the majority of the reviews. In this instance, it would probably be more effective to simply allow the reviews to speak for themselves. DarkKnight2149 15:31, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply

That is not only in this case, but in genereal the idea of the reception section, although Metacritic also takes part to aggregate the "more-or-less-average" score, which should be mentioned first, but expanded upon with actual reviews. If you'd be so kind...

Agreed. I added the "mixed or average" rating and I plan on adding some of the actual reviews today. Other editors, of course, can also do this but, I'm also willing to do it. DarkKnight2149 15:43, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm currently undergoing different projects, so I lack the time to add major content, though I will copyedit where I can.

Adding a release section

Some example could be taken from articles such as Portal 2 and Half-Life 2, as examples.

Where was this game released and distributed? On what platforms, when? Was there pre-ordering, demos, something else notable? Announcements? These are all questions with answers which could be added to this section more in-depth more than a short mention in the lead summary. 84.250.0.210 (talk) 00:12, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

F13 The Game does not have any special release schemes, apart from the MP/SP split: It was pre-ordable without bonus, it released at the same time on all three platforms; that's it. By that length, it is a more logical approach to include it under Development (which Release is usually part of), and add one or two sentences there. Having an entire section just for two sentences is overkill and unnecessary.

Slew of new information

This will probably be helpful in updating the article. Also, be on the look-out for the new Jason that is confirmed to be announced soon. DarkKnight2149 14:52, 18 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
