Photo correct?

@AccountabilityGroup: A reader has questioned whether the current photographs in the article is actually a photo of Garland Rivers.

That person notes the existence of other photographs of Garland rivers on the Internet such as the following:

However, the photographs are separated in time by over 25 years, so I cannot be sure whether they are or are not the same person.
