This is an explanation why I am creating the "Gibiteca Antonio Gobbo" at Wikipedia.

The "Gibiteca Antonio Gobbo" is a major Comics Public Collection (more than 18000 items) available at a public library in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais State, Brazil. It is one of the biggest comic collection in Brasil. So it is a very relevant collection/lybrary.
