VOTE FOR GLEN & MARKETA for "Falling Slowly" at VH-1's top 20 Countdown (www.vh1.com/shows/series/top_20_countdown/vote.jhtml) I'm sick and tired of the politics over there. Let's band together a vote like crazy to get this in the top 20. You can vote more than once by erasing your cookies each time before you vote. C'mon this song deserves the tops! --Top20 (talk) 13:23, 5 April 2008 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.3.20.2 (talk) [reply]

Thanks for that link - I'm ashamed to say that I thought someone had deliberately beaten up a Takamine just to be convincing for the film! --Ndaisley (talk) 13:23, 8 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dates

All the dating news are outdated. The "new" source that they are'nt dating is quite old already and in some recent interviews according to Hansard they are still/again dating (e.g. in german Der Spiegel [1]).. This dating stuff should imho be left out of the article without being backed up by an reliable up-to-date source ... —91.14.192.144 (talk) 19:33, 6 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

THIS IS NOT A FORUM FOR VH-1 OR ANYTHING OF THE LIKE. IT IS AN ENCYCLOPEDIA! PLEASE TREAT IT AS ONE.--Leahtwosaints (talk) 16:32, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected edit request on 20 August 2019

Edit discography to include his contribution to the soundtrack album for the animated feature Kahlil Gibran’s The Prophet. On Love by Lisa Hannigan & Glen Hansard. [1] 2601:1C0:5D02:D4E6:C01B:6A55:6007:8728 (talk) 08:23, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

References

Partly done: I added it to the 'Career' section, but did not add it to the 'Discography' section, following the precedent set by his previous film soundtrack contributions (his music has been included in The Hunger Games, The Odd Life of Timothy Green, etc., but these songs are not listed in his discography). Glen Hansard at Joni 75

Glen Hansard performed "Coyote"(by Joni Mitchell) at her 75th Birthday Concert celebration in November of 2018 at Joni 75. Not December. He performed on her Birthday which is November 7th. As well as another song. I am primarily commenting because you got the month wrong. I was there at the Concert. 2601:182:D7E:1C60:3CD:EAAB:4933:2A75 (talk) 06:19, 21 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
