Hanfparade 2007 - Anarchopedia

External links in other languages are sometimes allowed. Especially for a foreign event such as this. And especially when this link makes a total of only 2 external links.

There are links to flyers too on that page. --Timeshifter (talk) 18:42, 31 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. External links are there for the typical English-speaking reader to get further information. This is not the case here - the website is purely in German. I do speak German, but, honestly, I am not that interested in what it says and it contains no information of value to a non-German speaker. It is also not a link to a website about the article subject, but one single page on an anarchy wiki. Do you want to give people more information about the Hanfparade, or are you just trying to promote an anarchy website? Please also bear in mind that I was not the first person to revert the link. Please also take a look at see here (point 13) and here. I also find no sense in directing someone to a page which give links to further pages. If you think the links there are of value then why not put those in the External links section. TINYMark (Talk) 19:40, 31 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Greetings. The page is about the article subject. It meets
WP:NPOV. We put out the POVs, and let the readers decide. --Timeshifter (talk) 07:52, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply

Even if we leave it in, it will only be useful to approx. 97% of en:wikipedia users! —Preceding unsigned comment added by TinyMark (talkcontribs) 17:06, 1 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
There are also links on it to flyers, posters, and videos. --Timeshifter (talk) 23:02, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I had forgotten this discussion. But it seems to be sorted now. Just one thing, the German police still hardly book people for cannabis-related offences. So I think "pursue" would probably be more appropriate than "pursued" in this case. Good job cleaning up the stuff I missed (and one of my f*** ups)! TINYMARK 23:10, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
About the police... that could change. :)
I changed it to "pursue". If the situation changes it can always be edited.
Feel free to add as much info as you want. I only did some housekeeping. --Timeshifter (talk) 00:09, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
