Post-2008 period

I think it would be valuable to write more about the general development of the land in the post-2008 period. It seems as if all text about the years after that are just the History of North Kosovo, which only accounts for about 2.8% of Kosovo's population. I'm sure incidents from this region capture international headlines and have the potential to re-escalate international tensions, but it is hardly representative of post-2008 Kosovan society.
