Wrong information

It is almost certainly false that Boris Ponomarev was head of the international department from 1955-1986, because Leonid Zamyatin was "chairman" from 1978 to 1986, and Raymond L. Garthoff writes that he was "head of the International Information Department of the Central Committee" in 1982 (The Great Transition, p. 81). Uglemat (talk) 19:24, 25 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
